RESPONDENT.\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04\/   13.07.2010              This appeal has been placed for consideration of prayer for bail<\/p>\n<p>                    of the appellant after receipt of the lower court records.<\/p>\n<p>                              Heard learned lawyer for the appellant and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              The learned lawyer has pressed the bail application of appellant<\/p>\n<p>                    Suresh Sahni and it has been submitted that the informant and other<\/p>\n<p>                    witnesses have not supported the prosecution version but in course of trial,<\/p>\n<p>                    mother of the informant who is wife of the deceased has deposed as eye<\/p>\n<p>                    witness to the occurrence but the fact is that mother of the informant is not<\/p>\n<p>                    even named as witness in the First Information Report.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, during the<\/p>\n<p>                    pendency of this appeal, the above named appellant is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>                    released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                    two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Om Prakash<\/p>\n<p>                    IV, Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C No. IV \/ his successor court Khagaria<\/p>\n<p>                    in connection with S.T.
