No. 65 of 2005 on<\/p>\n<p>the file of the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor. The appellants<\/p>\n<p>are respondents in the said case. During the pendency of the appeals,<\/p>\n<p>the parties were referred for mediation and a settlement has been<\/p>\n<p>arrived at. Copy of the settlement is produced before us.
