SHIV NARAYAN PANDIT SON OF HARI PANDIT\n             ALL R\/O VILLAGE- HARI RAHA, P.S.- ANDHRA MATH,\n             DISTRICT- MADHUBANI\n                                        VERSUS\n                              THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                            ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3   24\/10\/2011            Heard Mr. Gagan Deo Yadav, learned<\/p>\n<p>                 counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the<\/p>\n<p>                 State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                 case registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 507,<\/p>\n<p>                 37, 448\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                            Allegation against the petitioners and others<\/p>\n<p>                 is of causing injury. Specific allegation is against Ram<\/p>\n<p>                 Ram      Pravesh   Yadav   for   causing   injury   to   the<\/p>\n<p>                 informant. There is counter version of the occurrence<\/p>\n<p>                 also in which the informant&#8217;s side caused grievous<\/p>\n<p>                 injury to the petitioners&#8217; side. Considering these facts<\/p>\n<p>                 co-accused Nawal Yadav has been admitted to bail by<\/p>\n<p>                 this Court vide order dated 3.5.2011 passed in Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                 Misc. No. 14426 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                 the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within 20<\/p>\n<p>                 days from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>                 this order, the petitioners above named are directed to<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       be released on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>       (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>       amount each to the satisfaction of the learned<\/p>\n<p>       A.C.J.M.\/concerned Court, Jhanjharpur in connection<\/p>\n<p>       with Laukahi P.S.
