No.2066 of 2011\n                    Sudhanshu Singh son of Late Tripit Narayan Singh\n                                        Versus\n                                  The State Of Bihar\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/   13.07.2011                    Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                   By order dated 02.02.2010 and 29.06.2010 passed in Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                       Misc. 1984 of 2010 and Cr. Misc. No.16136 of 2010 respectively,<\/p>\n<p>                       the petitioner was refused bail and now the prayer bail has been<\/p>\n<p>                       renewed on the ground that he is in custody since 16.11.2009.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Considering the same, let the petitioner, above named,<\/p>\n<p>                       be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000\/- (five<\/p>\n<p>                       thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other<\/p>\n<p>                       surety to be fixed by the court below to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>                       Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Lakhisarai, in connection with Birpur<\/p>\n<p>                       (Barahiya) P.S. Case No.67 of 2009,subject to the conditions (i)<\/p>\n<p>                       That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, who<\/p>\n<p>                       will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with<\/p>\n<p>                       the petitioner and another bailor shall be Pankaj Kumar, brother of<\/p>\n<p>                       the petitioner. The bailors will undertake to furnish information to<\/p>\n<p>                       the court about any change in the address of the petitioner, (ii) That<\/p>\n<p>                       the bailors shall also state on affidavit that they will inform the court<\/p>\n<p>                       concerned if the petitioner is implicated in any other case of similar<\/p>\n<p>                       nature after his release in the present case and thereafter the court<\/p>\n<p>                       below will be at liberty to initiate the proceeding for cancellation of<\/p>\n<p>                       bail on the ground of misuse, (iii) That the petitioner will give an<\/p>\n<p>                       undertaking that he will receive the police papers on the given date<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       and be present on date fixed for charge and if he fails to do so on<\/p>\n<p>       two given dates and delays the trial in any manner, his bail will be<\/p>\n<p>       liable to be cancelled for reasons of misuse, and (iv) That the<\/p>\n<p>       petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do<\/p>\n<p>       so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.<\/p>\n<pre>JA\/-                                           (Anjana Prakash,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Sudhanshu Singh vs The State Of Bihar on 13 July, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
