Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner being the husband is apprehending his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest in complaint case in which cognizance has been taken under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections 498A and 406 of the I.P.C. The present complaint has<\/p>\n<p>                   been filed by the second wife.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   submits that the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant as wife<\/p>\n<p>                   with full dignity and honour.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Let the petitioner add the complainant as opposite<\/p>\n<p>                   party no.2.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Issue notice to opposite party no.2 under registered<\/p>\n<p>                   cover with A\/D as well as under ordinary process requisites for<\/p>\n<p>                   which must be filed within three weeks.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Let the ordinary process of notice be served to the<\/p>\n<p>                   complainant through her lawyer in the learned court below<\/p>\n<p>                   through the office of the learned court below.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Let the petitioner and opposite party no.2 appear on<\/p>\n<p>                   29.02.2012 at 2.10 P. M. in the chamber.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Let no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner in<\/p>\n<p>                   the meantime, in connection with complaint case no. 3389 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                   pending in the court of the learned J.M.
