The first information report is<\/p>\n<p>                    against unknown wherein the driver alleges that while driving his master,<\/p>\n<p>                    his wife and their servant, his master was kidnapped who was later, after<\/p>\n<p>                    two days, released. Petitioner was one of the persons in whose house the<\/p>\n<p>                    kidnapped person was kept. It is submitted that as per the Section 164 of<\/p>\n<p>                    Criminal Procedure Code statement of the victim himself, the person, in<\/p>\n<p>                    whose house he was kept, did not know about the kidnapping rather he<\/p>\n<p>                    had helped him. It is further pointed out that the Zonal DIG, having<\/p>\n<p>                    appreciated the fact, had opined not to chargesheet the petitioner, still on<\/p>\n<p>                    the ground that he was named by the main accused Baleshwar Sahni, he<\/p>\n<p>                    has been arrested.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Be that as it may, the petitioner abovenamed is directed to<\/p>\n<p>                    be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000\/- (Rupees Ten<\/p>\n<p>                    Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                    Judicial Magistrate, 01st Class, Sikarahna, East Champaran at Motihari in<\/p>\n<p>                    Trial No 1139 of 2010 arising out of Chiraiya (Sikarahna) Police Station<\/p>\n<p>                    Case No 103 of 2005 subject to the condition that petitioner&#8217;s son,<\/p>\n<p>                    namely, Hebabullah Khan will be one of the sureties.<\/p>\n<pre>    M.E.H.\/                                              (Navaniti Prasad Singh)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
