P6 application filed by the petitioner in the<\/p>\n<p>prescribed   pro   forma   requesting   to   transfer   him   from<\/p>\n<p>Kodom   Belur   Grama   Panchayat   in   Kasaragod   District   to<\/p>\n<p>Kuzhur,   Puthenchira,   etc.   in   Thrissur   District   is<\/p>\n<p>pending   with   the   1st  respondent.     Ext.   P6   application<\/p>\n<p>has   been  forwarded  by  the  Secretary,  Kodom  Belur  Grama<\/p>\n<p>Panchayat as per his letter dated 3-1-2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.   Since   it   is   the   usual   practice   followed   by   the<\/p>\n<p>Government departments to effect transfers and postings<\/p>\n<p>in   the   month   of   April\/May   of   every   year,   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s   case   shall   be   considered   along   with   other<\/p>\n<p>applicants   at   the   time   of   general   transfers   of   2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>Appropriate   decision   shall   be   taken   in   accordance   with<\/p>\n<p>law on Ext. P6 application also.\n<\/p>\n<p>        With   the   above   directions,   the   writ   petition   is<\/p>\n<p>disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                      K.K.
