The said appointments were also<br \/>\napproved by the respondent   authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIt<br \/>\nis the case of the petitioners that as per the G.R. dated 06.06.2000,<br \/>\nan employee is entitled for the regular pay-scale of Rs.4500-125-7000<br \/>\non completion of two years of satisfactory service.  On the basis of<br \/>\nthe said G.R., the respondent   Institution had also forwarded a<br \/>\nletter to the respondent   authorities requesting to place the<br \/>\npetitioners in the said regular pay-scale. However, no action was<br \/>\ntaken by the respondent   authorities in that regard.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tAgain,<br \/>\nin the year 2005, the petitioners had made an application, through<br \/>\nrespondent no. 4   Institution, requesting the respondent<br \/>\nauthorities to place them in the regular pay-scale. However, till<br \/>\ntoday, there is no response from the respondent   authorities on<br \/>\nthe said application of the petitioners. Hence, they have preferred<br \/>\nthese petitions before this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tMs.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mamta Vyas, learned Advocate for the petitioners, has stated that the<br \/>\npetitioners have already made a representation in the year 2005 to<br \/>\nthe respondent no. 2 herein, through the respondent no. 4<br \/>\nInstitution and that the same has not been decided so far. She has,<br \/>\ntherefore, requested that necessary directions may be issued to the<br \/>\nrespondent   authority concerned to decide the said application of<br \/>\nthe petitioners at the earliest.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the respective parties and perused the documents<br \/>\non record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I<br \/>\nfind the request made by the learned Advocate for the petitioners to<br \/>\nbe reasonable. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the<br \/>\nmerits of the matter, the respondent no. 2   authority is directed<br \/>\nto decide the application made by the petitioners in the year 2005 in<br \/>\nthe subject matter involved in these petitions, after hearing the<br \/>\npetitioner and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a<br \/>\nreasonable period and communicate the same to the petitioners. It is<br \/>\nclarified that this order has been passed on the peculiar facts and<br \/>\ncircumstances of the case and the respondent no. 2   authority<br \/>\nshall pass necessary orders without being influenced by any<br \/>\nobservations made by this Court in this matter.
