(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p>          Mr. Nilesh Bhardwaj, Advocate, has caused appearance for<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Karan Bhardwaj, Advocate, placed on record a true attested copy of<\/p>\n<p>receipt to say that in compliance with the order dated 25.9.2009, the<\/p>\n<p>amount of Rs.10,000\/- has been paid to respondents No.4 and 5. Copy<\/p>\n<p>of receipt is taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>          Case of the petitioner is that respondents No.4 and 5 intended<\/p>\n<p>to take away Truck       bearing registration No. PB-02-AS-9867 from<\/p>\n<p>possession of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>          Mr. M.S. Sindhu, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on<\/p>\n<p>instructions from Satnam Singh, Assistant Sub Inspector, submits that<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> Civil Writ Petition No.15204 of 2009                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>nobody will be allowed to take law in his hand.
