Heard learned counsel for the State and the opposite<\/p>\n<p>                    parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               This application has been filed for restoration of<\/p>\n<p>                    Civil Revision No.1117 of 2007, which stood dismissed for<\/p>\n<p>                    non compliance of the order dated 3.11.2010.<\/p>\n<p>                               On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in<\/p>\n<p>                    this application, the same is allowed and the time granted for<\/p>\n<p>                    compliance of order dated 3.11.2010 is further extended by<\/p>\n<p>                    three weeks from today.
