The statement of his elder brother recorded on 27.4.2011<br \/>\nis accompanied.  It is stated that he is aged about 57 years.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the same is partly allowed. The<br \/>\nconvict prisoner is ordered to be released on temporary<br \/>\nbail for a period of 30 days from the date of<br \/>\nhis actual release, on his executing a personal bond of Rs.5,000\/-<br \/>\n(Rupees Five Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail<br \/>\nauthorities.
