The contents of<br \/>\n\tthe application is supported by the copy of death certificate of<br \/>\n\tfather of the applicant attached with the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering<br \/>\n\tthe facts and circumstances of the case, it is expedient to partly<br \/>\n\tallow the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tapplication succeeds in part and is accordingly partly allowed. The<br \/>\n\tapplicant &#8211; convict is ordered to be released on temporary<br \/>\n\tbail for a period of one week from the date of his actual release<br \/>\n\tupon his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.5000\/- (Rupees<br \/>\n\tFive Thousand Only) before the jail authority on usual terms and<br \/>\n\tconditions. After the period is over, the applicant shall surrender<br \/>\n\tto the jail authority.
