HEMA, J.\n        =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                     B.A. No. 548 of 2009\n        =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n          Dated this the 5thday of February, 2009\n\n                           O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petition for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. The alleged offences are under sections 143, 147, 148,<\/p>\n<p>341, 323, 324 and 308 read with section 149 IPC.        According<\/p>\n<p>to prosecution, on 19-1-2009 petitioners (A1 to A5) along with<\/p>\n<p>others committed the above said offences. They were arrested<\/p>\n<p>on 21-1-2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that he has no<\/p>\n<p>objection in granting bail but stringent conditions may be<\/p>\n<p>imposed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      4. On hearing both sides, I am satisfied that bail can be<\/p>\n<p>granted to petitioners on conditions.<\/p>\n<p>      5. Hence, petitioners shall be released on bail on their<\/p>\n<p>executing a bond for Rs.25,000\/- each with two solvent sureties<\/p>\n<p>each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate, on the following conditions:-<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            1)   Petitioners   shall   report   before    the<\/p>\n<p>                  Investigating Officer on every Monday,<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                  Wednesday and Saturday between          10<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                  a.m. and 1 p.m. until further orders.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>            2)   Petitioner shall not enter the limits of the<\/p>\n<p>BA 548\/09                         -2-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                 police station within which the crime is<\/p>\n<p>                 registered   except     for  compliance   of<\/p>\n<p>                 condition (1).\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           3)    Petitioner shall not intimidate or influence<\/p>\n<p>                 any witness or commit any offence while<\/p>\n<p>                 on bail and in case breach of this<\/p>\n<p>                 condition, bail is liable to be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>      This petition is allowed.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                             K.HEMA, JUDGE.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>mn.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court Ittammal Mani vs State Of Kerala on 5 February, 2009 IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM Bail Appl..No. 548 of 2009() 1.
