He<\/p>\n<p> says that proceedings under Section 32 of the Kerala Co-<\/p>\n<p> operative Societies Act, 1969 are being initiated and the<\/p>\n<p> committee of the society is being thrown out of power without<\/p>\n<p> appropriate hearing. This contention cannot be countenanced<\/p>\n<p> in view of the judgment in W.P(C).37881\/08, by which, the<\/p>\n<p> petitioner is entitled to a fair hearing, after being given an<\/p>\n<p> opportunity to file objections on the report under Section 66.<\/p>\n<p> Learned Government Pleader submits that the apprehension is<\/p>\n<p> misplaced and no orders have been issued. This is recorded.<\/p>\n<p> It is also submitted that the petitioner was heard and he had<\/p>\n<p> also made written statement. This is also recorded.
