Justice K.HEMA\n\n Dated :10\/02\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                               K.HEMA, J.\n\n                  -----------------------------------------\n\n                          B.A.No. 606 of 2009\n\n                  -----------------------------------------\n\n                Dated this the 10th February, 2009\n\n                                O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This petition is for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. The alleged offence is under Section 8(2) of the Abkari Act.<\/p>\n<p>According to prosecution, petitioner was found in possession of 1<\/p>\n<p>litre of arrack on 9.1.2009. He was arrested on the same day and he<\/p>\n<p>is in custody since then.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that he has no<\/p>\n<p>objection in granting bail to the petitioner on condition.<\/p>\n<p>      4. On hearing both sides, I am satisfied that bail can be<\/p>\n<p>granted to petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Hence, bail is granted to the petitioner on the following terms<\/p>\n<p>and conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>        i)  Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000\/-<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>             sum to the satisfaction of the           Magistrate<\/p>\n<p>             Court concerned.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      ii)   Petitioner shall report before the investigating<\/p>\n<p>             officer on every Monday and Thursday<\/p>\n<p>             between 10 AM and 1 PM until further orders.<\/p>\n<p>      Iii).
