RAMKUMAR, J.\n                      ...................................\n                      B.A. No. 103 of 2011\n                      ..................................\n                         Dated: 14-01-2011\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>     In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>who    is the   accused in Crime No.                     1467 of 2010      of<\/p>\n<p>Changanacherry Police Station for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 420 and 406 I.P.C. seeks anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submitted that after the conclusion of investigation a final report<\/p>\n<p>has already been filed before the trial Court. If so, it is not<\/p>\n<p>desirable to  grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner since he<\/p>\n<p>cannot be directed to appear before the Investigating Officer<\/p>\n<p>after the conclusion of investigation and after the matter is in<\/p>\n<p>the seizin   of the Court .        The        appropriate order      in such<\/p>\n<p>circumstances can only be            one to direct          the petitioner to<\/p>\n<p>surrender before the trial Court and                      seek regular bail.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail A.No. 103 of 2011                      -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the<\/p>\n<p>trial Court and apply for regular bail within two weeks from<\/p>\n<p>today.
