Thakor, P.S.I., Ramol<br \/>\n\tPolice Station.  We have enquired about the free-will and desire of<br \/>\n\tthe corpus Reshma and she has declared before us that she is<br \/>\n\tdesirous to stay with the parents and she has no desire to stay with<br \/>\n\tthe petitioner   Kalpeshkumar Ramjibhai Chavda.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tpetitioner, Kalpeshkumar Ramjibhai Chavda, is present with his<br \/>\n\tAdvocate, Mr.Kapadia.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of the aforesaid desire shown by the corpus, after some<br \/>\n\tdeliberations, the corpus Reshma as well as  Kalpeshkumar Ramjibhai<br \/>\n\tChavda have agreed that they are desirous to get divorced from each<br \/>\n\tother and corpus Reshma has also declared before us that she would<br \/>\n\tnot claim any maintenance or compensation on the ground that the<br \/>\n\tmarriage had taken place.  It is also agreed that the divorce<br \/>\n\tpetition shall be filed before appropriate Court within two weeks<br \/>\n\tfrom today and the expenses of divorce petition shall be borne by<br \/>\n\tthe petitioner   husband.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tparents of the corpus are also present and they have declared that<br \/>\n\tif the corpus is desirous to stay with the parents, they shall keep<br \/>\n\ther properly and they have also agreed for divorce without claiming<br \/>\n\tany right of maintenance.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of the above, the corpus Reshma is set free and she would be at<br \/>\n\tliberty to stay with her parents.
