Patel, C.J.<\/p>\n<p>1. We are not inclined to entertain this appeal. However, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that by the impugned order his interests in the other litigation and winding up petition, would be adversely affected if the impugned order is allowed to stand.\n<\/p>\n<p>2. We are of the opinion that the finding recorded by learned Single Judge is in respect of the provisions contained in sub-section (7) of Section 234 of the Companies Act, 1956 and the same may not be used in other proceedings, namely, civil suit or the winding up proceedings, pending before the Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.
