Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :24\/06\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                           V.GIRI,J.\n                     -------------------------\n                W.P ( C) No. 18805 of 2008\n                    --------------------------\n              Dated this the 24th June, 2008\n\n                      J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     I find   that on merits the order passed by the<\/p>\n<p>Honourable Lok Ayukta is in consonance with the view<\/p>\n<p>taken by the Division Bench of this Court in Accountant<\/p>\n<p>General Vs. Shyson George [2005 (2) KLT 137].          In<\/p>\n<p>the circumstances, I do not think it is necessary to<\/p>\n<p>interfere with Exhibit-P1 order as such.        Since the<\/p>\n<p>direction issued by the Lok Ayuta otherwise is in<\/p>\n<p>consonance with the view taken by the Division Bench of<\/p>\n<p>this Court, I do not propose to go into the         other<\/p>\n<p>contentions regarding the scope and power that could be<\/p>\n<p>exercised by the Lok Ayukta in the context of the view<\/p>\n<p>taken by this Court in State of Kerala Vs. Bernard [2003<\/p>\n<p>(2) KLT      254] and George A.T and Others Vs.<\/p>\n<p>Saralakumari P. and Another [2007 (4) ILR (Ker) 442].<\/p>\n<p>W.P ( C) No. 18805 of 2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      Learned Government Pleader submits that since the<\/p>\n<p>time granted by the Lok Ayukta has expired, some more<\/p>\n<p>time may be granted to take steps to comply with the<\/p>\n<p>directions issued by the Lok Ayukta.
