This writ petition has been filed by the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner for directing the respondents to make payment of bills<\/p>\n<p>                   with interest for the work done by him as per the agreement<\/p>\n<p>                   with the respondents for repairing of A\/R to B Type (4) four<\/p>\n<p>                   Unit (9 to 12) Flat in Block Colony Gopalganj for the year<\/p>\n<p>                   2009-10 (Part-B) and for other ancillary reliefs.<\/p>\n<p>                                3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                   case as well as the materials on record, this writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>                   disposed of with a direction to the Executive Engineer, Building<\/p>\n<p>                   Construction Department, Gopalganj (respondent no.4) to pay<\/p>\n<p>                   the entire admitted amount due to the petitioner within three<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         months from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>         order. However, if any amount or interest is not admitted by the<\/p>\n<p>         authority and is not paid, the petitioner will be at liberty to<\/p>\n<p>         challenge the same before an appropriate forum.<\/p>\n<pre>Harish                                        (S.N.
