The learned Counsel for the giefifioner assailing<\/p>\n<p>the iznpugne\u00e9i order contends that in the first place,&#8217; cause of<br \/>\naction for amendment was in the}; year 2005, whereas, the<br \/>\nsuit is filed in 2002. Therefore, the said amendznenteliouid<br \/>\nnot be pexmitted. Secondly, it was contentied \ufb02*_f,-:3?&#8217;<br \/>\nof relief of mandatory injunction is<br \/>\nimpermissible in law. TI1erefo1*e,:~&#8217;i{&#8216;    the&#8217; <\/p>\n<p>impugned order requires interference,  A<\/p>\n<p>4. I do not see s1ibsf}fie.ee&#8211;~..in tl1e&#8217;oo11te:?i1tions.
