Mr. Madan Prasad Singh, learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                   appearing on behalf of the petitioners,                                 Mr.<\/p>\n<p>                   Bijay       Kumar,       learned        Assisting           Counsel     to<\/p>\n<p>                   S.C.2       for    the        State     and          learned       counsel<\/p>\n<p>                   representing            the     Bihar       Nurses         Registration<\/p>\n<p>                   Council, Patna are present.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           A    counter         affidavit      has       been     filed     on<\/p>\n<p>                   behalf       of    the        Council        and       in     which     an<\/p>\n<p>                   objection         has       been    taken       as     regarding        the<\/p>\n<p>                   eligibility            of     the     petitioners            for     being<\/p>\n<p>                   registered by the Council.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Despite several adjournments, no counter<\/p>\n<p>                   affidavit         has       been    filed       on    behalf       of   the<\/p>\n<p>                   respondent         no.2         the     Principal            Secretary,<\/p>\n<p>                   Health and Family Welfare Department.<\/p>\n<p>                           As    already          observed          by        this     court,<\/p>\n<p>                   considering            the      apathy          of     the        students<\/p>\n<p>                   obtaining         qualification            of    Auxiliary          Nurses<\/p>\n<p>                   and   Midwifery             after   passing          the    examination<\/p>\n<p>                   conducted         by     the       Bihar     School         Examination<\/p>\n<p>                   Board, Bihar, Patna, the Principal Secretary,<\/p>\n<p>                   Human       Resources          Department            had    recommended<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      their    cases      before    the       Principal       Secretary,<\/p>\n<p>      Health and Family Welfare department for their<\/p>\n<p>      registration          under          the        Bihar       Nurses<\/p>\n<p>      Registration        Council,       so    that    they     may   get<\/p>\n<p>      benefit of employment                under the State.
