No. 6932 OF 2002\n\n                  ---------------------------------------\n\n            Dated this the 25th day of January, 2008.\n\n\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioner   is   aggrieved   by   Exhibit   P3   order   passed   by   the<\/p>\n<p>Commissioner   for   Rural   Development,   Thiruvananthapuram<\/p>\n<p>whereby one increment was barred.   Since the petitioner is free<\/p>\n<p>to move the Government, this original petition is disposed of as<\/p>\n<p>follows:\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.
