Garg, for applicant (OL).\n\t\tInstant company application was filed in the year 1996 and service could not have been effected upon the respondents despite the best efforts made from the office of the Official Liquidator and it has come on record that respondent-1 died during pendency of proceedings. The details of legal heirs are not available and the notice upon respondent-2 could not be served he was not found on the address available with the applicant (OL).
