INDRABHUSHAN SAH, SON OF YOGENDRA SAH, BOTH RESIDENT\n         OF VILLAGE-MADHUWAN, POLICE STATION-AND DISTRICT-\n         MADHEPURA.\n\n                                              Versus\n\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   11.10.2010.             Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>                    State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioners are the father-in-law and the husband of<\/p>\n<p>                    the complainant, are apprehending their arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>                    with a complaint case registered for the offence under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                    498A and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. It is<\/p>\n<p>                    submitted on their behalf that notwithstanding the complaint<\/p>\n<p>                    petition they are ready and willing to continue the matrimonial<\/p>\n<p>                    relationship with the complainant and to that effect they shall<\/p>\n<p>                    file a written undertaking on affidavit in the court below within a<\/p>\n<p>                    period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>                    order in the court below. No sooner the petitioners surrender in<\/p>\n<p>                    the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of<\/p>\n<p>                    receipt of a copy of this order in the court below and file such<\/p>\n<p>                    undertaking on affidavit, they, named above, be admitted to the<\/p>\n<p>                    privilege of provisional bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                    5000\/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                    amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                    Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No. 642 of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          2009 and thereafter the complainant should be noticed and in<\/p>\n<p>          presence of the court, petitioner shall make all possible efforts<\/p>\n<p>          for resolution of the matrimonial dispute between them and the<\/p>\n<p>          complainant not only by words of mouth but also by their<\/p>\n<p>          suitable conduct and gesture.
