APP (DB) No.808 of 2010\n                               RAM CHANDRA SINGH\n                                         Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/   30.7.2010             Heard counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                           The appellant has been convicted under sections 302\/34 of<\/p>\n<p>                 the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           The evidence on record indicates that the appellant is the<\/p>\n<p>                 order giver except that P.W. 5 has deposed that this appellant also<\/p>\n<p>                 opened fire, which did not hit any one.<\/p>\n<p>                           Considering this evidence, prayer for bail on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                 appellant Ram Chandra Singh is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                           During the pendency of this appeal, the appellant above<\/p>\n<p>                 named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000\/(ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                 satisfaction of Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Munger in Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                 Trial No. 976 of 2008.
