Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :14\/01\/2011\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                    ================\n                   W.P.(C) NO. 414 OF 2011\n               =====================\n\n          Dated this the 14th day of January, 2011\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     According to the petitioner, he undertook the urgent deposit<\/p>\n<p>work 12th FC 09-10 R\/P providing 20 mm bit CC to Vencode<\/p>\n<p>Mulamukku &#8211; Sun Nagar Road km 0\/00 to 2\/200. It is stated that<\/p>\n<p>out of the total amount due, after deductions, an amount of `<\/p>\n<p>8,15,443\/- is due to the petitioner. It is stated that despite having<\/p>\n<p>completed the work and inspite of the representations, amount<\/p>\n<p>has not been paid. Complaining of the above, petitioner has also<\/p>\n<p>filed Ext.P4 before the 3rd respondent and even to that<\/p>\n<p>representation, there has not been any action.         It is in these<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, the writ petition has been filed.<\/p>\n<p>     2.   If as stated by the petitioner, he has completed the<\/p>\n<p>work to the satisfaction of the respondents, there is no reason<\/p>\n<p>why the amount due shall not be released. Be that as it may,<\/p>\n<p>having regard to the pendency of Ext.P4 before the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent, it is directed that the 3rd respondent shall consider<\/p>\n<p>the said representation and pass orders thereon.
