DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 11\/08\/2011 ORAL ORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p>Service is waived.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\napplicant  prays for parole on the ground that his son is to be<br \/>\nengaged.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAs<br \/>\nper the jail record, barring one occasion, the applicant surrendered<br \/>\nto the jail authority in time whenever he was granted either furlough<br \/>\nor parole. However, the District Magistrate, Rajkot, has given<br \/>\nadverse opinion in view of his past demeanour when he remained<br \/>\nunauthorized absence from jail for 1772 days.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\nconsidered the above aspects and the fact that the applicant has<br \/>\nremained in jail for about 11 years and 3 months, and barring the one<br \/>\nincident the jail record of the applicant is good,<br \/>\nthis application is granted. The applicant is granted 15 [fifteen]<br \/>\ndays parole on usual conditions and on his executing a bond of<br \/>\nRs.2,000\/- (Rupees two thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail<br \/>\nauthority. The applicant shall report to the nearest police station<br \/>\nonce in a week during the parole period. Rule is made absolute.<br \/>\nThe office is directed to communicate this order to the applicant<br \/>\nthrough the jail authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>(ANANT<br \/>\nS.
