North East, Nand Nagari,\n                                            Delhi 110093\n\nRTI application filed on            :       23\/09\/2010, 26\/10\/2010,\nPIO replied                         :       16\/10\/2010, 20\/10\/2010, 26\/11\/2010\nFirst appeal filed on               :       Not mentioned.\nComplaint received on               :       22\/12\/2010,\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>Information sought by the appellant about shop no. 6939, 7045, 7051, 5207, 7258, 8545, 7255 and<br \/>\nshop nos, 6882, 7116, 7177, 7225, 7231, 7254, 7974 of ward no. 70; shop nos. 6944, 197, 5434, 6299 of<br \/>\nward no. 65 :\n<\/p>\n<p>The Complainant through his various RTI applications had sought identical information with respect to<br \/>\nnumber of BPL, APL &amp; AAY Cards issued to Pucca Houses, Cachacha Houses &amp; Jhuggies, list of card<br \/>\nholder to whom ration is being given since 01\/08\/2010 to 20\/10\/2010, whether daily sale register has been<br \/>\nverified, Copy of APL stamping list, list of BPL Card holders with their names and addresses and so<br \/>\non&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;\n<\/p>\n<p>PIO Reply:\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO on various dates has provided point wise information to the Appellant. The PIO has also<br \/>\nprovided a list of card holders to the Appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds of the First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Not filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of the Complaint:\n<\/p>\n<p>Complete information as sought has not been provided.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Complainant: Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. Udai Vir Singh, FSO(C-65), Ms. Sobha Rani, FSO(C-67), Mr. K. Meena, Public Information Officer &amp; AC;\n<\/p>\n<p>       The Respondents have shown that they have sent the reply to the Complainant within 30 days and<br \/>\nfor some of the information they have sought additional fees which have not been paid by the<br \/>\nComplainant. A perusal of the papers shows the Commission that the replies are appropriate except<br \/>\n query-1. The PIO is directed to ensure that the complete information on query-1 is sent to the<br \/>\nComplainant.
