                 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA\n                            Cr.Misc. No.12778 of 2011\n                         DIGAMBAR PRASAD YADAV\n                                   Versus\n                            THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n
03\/     27.04.2011                  This     application       has     been    brought<\/p>\n
                      under the heading of “To Be Mentioned” at the<\/p>\n
                      instance of the petitioner.<\/p>\n
                                    It has been submitted that in order<\/p>\n
                      dated 18.04.2011 in the third line of third<\/p>\n
                      paragraph of the order due to typographical<\/p>\n
                      error “He was merely present and in course of<\/p>\n
                      raid    he    has     been    roped    in”     was    typed.    It<\/p>\n
                      should have been typed as “That the petitioner<\/p>\n
                      was     not       present     and     another        person    was<\/p>\n
                      present”.\n<\/p>\n
                                    The      order        dated      18.04.2011       is<\/p>\n
                      modified to the extent that in the third line<\/p>\n
                      of third paragraph of the order it shall be<\/p>\n
                      deemed       to     have     been     read     as     “That    the<\/p>\n
                      petitioner was not present and another person<\/p>\n
                      was present”.\n<\/p>\n
                                    Thus, this petition is allowed.<\/p>\n
