Give written explanation in yes or no that Pertains to Division.\n<\/p>\n<p>     you have given the order to sell answer<br \/>\n     books of Sravodaya Vidyalaya to scrap<br \/>\n     dealers.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.   Give the details of the officers besides the Pertains to Division.\n<\/p>\n<p>     Headmaster, who happens to be present at<br \/>\n     the time of destroying of answer books.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory and incomplete information received from the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>First Appellate Authority ordered:\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I have perused the original RTI Application dated 16.02.2009, reply furnished by the PIO (HQ)<br \/>\ndated 16.03.2009 and the appeal filed by him on 15.04.2009. I am of the view that reply to Q.<br \/>\nNo. 1 to 4 of RTI Application has been given. However, for satisfaction of the Appellant ADE<br \/>\n (Exam) is directed to take the approval of Addl.
