Jain, Dy. Government Advocate for the<br \/>\nnon-applicants.\n<\/p>\n<p>      This application has been filed for making certain<br \/>\ncorrections in the order dated 01\/10\/2010 passed by this<br \/>\nCourt in W.P. No.13147\/2010(s).\n<\/p>\n<p>      It is pointed out that the particulars with regard to<br \/>\nworking of applicants No.7, 8, 9 and 10 have been wrongly<br \/>\nmentioned in the writ petition and it be corrected.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Having heard learned counsel for the applicants, it is<br \/>\nseen that the particulars of these 4 applicants were wrongly<br \/>\nmentioned in the cause title of the writ petition itself, which<br \/>\nhas been reproduced in the order. Once petitioner has<br \/>\nmentioned all particulars of these persons wrongly in the<br \/>\ncause-title, then after disposal of the writ petition the cause<br \/>\ntitle cannot be corrected, as it would amount to correction<br \/>\nthe writ petition itself and such an amendment in the writ<br \/>\npetition after its disposal cannot be permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to permit<br \/>\nany correction in the writ petition after disposal of the writ<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                                     2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>petition, instead liberty is granted to the applicants No.7<br \/>\nKuldeep Joshi, 8 Narendra Singh Chouhan, 9 Zamin Ali<br \/>\nand 10 Virendra Kumar Asthana to file a separate petition<br \/>\nclaiming the same relief after indicating their correct<br \/>\nparticulars.\n<\/p>\n<p>             With the aforesaid liberty in the application as<br \/>\nindicated hereinabove the application stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>             Certified copy as per rules.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                 (Rajendra Menon)<br \/>\n                                                      Judge<br \/>\nss*<\/p>\n<p>Rajkumar Goyal &amp; Ors.
