   a club and dealt a blow on the head of the deceased.<\/p>\n

The complaint of PW-1;_ is    fiospital at

 for a period of two years RI and \ufb01ne<\/p>\n
of   accused is also convicted for the offence<\/p>\n

5. On thomugh consideration of  <\/p>\n
evidence of PWs~1, 2 and 5, we \ufb01nd   _<\/p>\n
believe that PWS-2 and 5 could  I116 l<\/p>\n
incident because FIR Iodged.\u00bb’i)3r.__ <\/p>\n
presence at’ FWS-2 and 5.  the  PW -1 is
\nquite credible and  isne\ufb01  ._to cliebelieve his
\nveracity. The evidence (:1-f  accused dealt
\ntwo blows    the deemsed. The
\nmedical  had sustained
\nfracture2._of~. which resulted in death.<\/p>\n
The act of t’1eacei:es.\u00e9{l_ the purview of Section 300<\/p>\n
   the injury, which is likely to<\/p>\n
 Vdeath’ “the normal course which amounts to o\ufb01ence<\/p>\n
