The petitioner got a<\/p>\n<p>transfer to Oachira Village Office on request, by Ext.P3 order<\/p>\n<p>dated 17.5.2010. But within one month, by Ext.P1 order dated<\/p>\n<p>17.6.2010,     he has been again transferred to           Clappana.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner is challenging that transfer. According to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>such transfer is on extraneous considerations.<\/p>\n<p>      2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Government Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The distance between Oachira and Clappana is less than 5<\/p>\n<p>Kilometres. That being so, I am not inclined to exercise my<\/p>\n<p>discretionary jurisdiction in favour of petitioner to interfere with<\/p>\n<p>said transfer.
