Appellant asked for current affiliation status of DPS, Kalai, Vadodara which was not<br \/>\n       provided. Remuneration to trustees for last 5 years not provided. He requested for the<br \/>\n       copy of letter dt. 08\/06\/2009 to school and their reply.\n<\/p>\n<p>   2. A specific time frame to reply letter received by CBSE was not provided.\n<\/p>\n<p>   3. Fee structure not provided for 5years\n<\/p>\n<p>   4. For last 5 years for salary of teachers &amp; their respective list.\n<\/p>\n<p>   5. Copy of inspection report still awaited.\n<\/p>\n<p>   6. Salary &amp; perks of all officers of CBSE for last 5 years grade wise in nos not provided.\n<\/p>\n<p>   7. Asked referring to CBSE official Duty manual. Not provided info on the basis of<br \/>\n       documentation but very vague from the rule book and having no if at all.\n<\/p>\n<p>   8. Appellant requested to reply to all sub questions like financial terms between school and<br \/>\n       Vidyarthi enterprise, name of owner financial transactions for last 5 years year wise.\n<\/p>\n<p>   9. Denial of information. Appellant requested to compile and provide.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the First Appellate Authority:\n<\/p>\n<p>FAA stated that what information sought by the Appellant was provided to him. Therefore the<br \/>\nrequired action in the matter had been taken by the board on time.\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO of the Board had already supplied the required information sought by the Appellant as<br \/>\nper the records\/documents available with the Board to the Appellant on time and not denied any<br \/>\nfacts.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>What raised in first Appeal was not considered by the FAA.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. Keyur J. Gandhi on video conference from NIC Vadodara, Gujarat Studio;<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. U.C.Bodh, AS on behalf of Mr. Kushal Singh, APIO &amp; AS(Affiliation);\n<\/p>\n<p>        The PIO states that the CBSE does not have the details of remunerations paid to trustees;<br \/>\nhe will provide this statement in writing to the Appellant. The PIO states that information about<br \/>\nschools is obtained only at the time of extension or at the time of affiliation. He will state this in<br \/>\n                                                                                     Page no 3 of 4<br \/>\n writing to the Appellant.
