RATHORE\n\nShri\tSanjay Kumar Sharma for\nShri Amit Singh Shekhawat, Counsel for petitioner\nShri\tAmit Punia, Public Prosecutor\n####\n\nBy the Court:-<\/pre>\n<p>Heard learned counsel for the accused-petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>It is submitted that the petitioner is father-in-law. Further it is submitted that there are vague and general allegations against the petitioner, even if the prosecution case is taken as it is. It is also submitted that the husband is already in custody.\n<\/p>\n<p>The aforesaid facts could not be controverted by the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>In view of the above and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>Consequently, the bail application is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>It is directed that the accused-petitioner, namely, Pabudan Singh Son of Shri Rawat Singh, by caste Rajput, Resident of Ratna Colony, Ward No.7, Madanganj, Kishangarh, District Ajmer, be released on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C., in FIR No.282\/2010, Police Station Madanganj, District Ajmer, for offence under Sections 498-A and 304-B of the IPC, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000\/- with two sureties of Rs.25000\/- each to the satisfaction of the trial court for his appearance on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.\n<\/p>\n<p>(Raghuvendra S.
