This appeal arise out of an interim order passed by<\/p>\n<p>the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.34282              of 2009,<\/p>\n<p>imposing certain conditions for release of the vehicle. Being an<\/p>\n<p>appeal filed from an interim order, we are not satisfied that this<\/p>\n<p>appeal is      maintainable.     Accordingly, the writ appeal is<\/p>\n<p>dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>              However, we direct the Government to file a counter<\/p>\n<p>affidavit in the matter, so that the writ petition can be disposed<\/p>\n<p>of on an earlier date.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                            P.R.RAMAN,<br \/>\n                                       Ag.
