     Petitioners 4 and 5 and their counsel are present.           They<\/p>\n
have reported that the dispute involving in the Writ Petition has<\/p>\n
been settled.  The terms of settlement has been incorporated in a<\/p>\n
memo signed by both parties and their counsel.          This memo has<\/p>\n
been taken on record and form part of the award.            As per the<\/p>\n
award an amount of Rs.55,000\/-(Rupees Fifty five thousand only)<\/p>\n
each to the Writ Petitioners is paid by demand draft, and such<\/p>\n
five demand drafts have been handed over to the parties in our<\/p>\n
presence and they have accepted.\n<\/p>\n
     An award is passed in the above terms.\n<\/p>\n
