PRAKASH TATIA, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>           HON&#8217;BLE MR. C.M. TOTLA, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr.HS Sandhu, for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr.JPS Choudhary, PP.\n<\/p>\n<p>     Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>     There are serious allegations levelled by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>in his report submitted to the police on the basis of which<\/p>\n<p>FIR no.12 dated 11.1.2008 was registered in the police<\/p>\n<p>station Sadulsahar. In the said case, FR was submitted by<\/p>\n<p>the SHO, Police Station Sardulsahar in the trial court. It<\/p>\n<p>appears from the copy of the FR that in total 14 witnesses<\/p>\n<p>were examined during investigation and police opined that<\/p>\n<p>no incident as alleged by the petitioner was happened and,<\/p>\n<p>therefore, in fact, case is required to be registered under<\/p>\n<p>Section 182 and 211 Cr.P.C. against the complainant. The<\/p>\n<p>missing person is Geeta @ Gurmeet Singh S\/o Iqbal Singh<\/p>\n<p>(petitioner). It appears from the copy of the FR submitted<\/p>\n<p>by the Investigating Officer that even said missing person<\/p>\n<p>Gurmeet Singh @ Geeta has not been interrogated so as to<br \/>\n                         DB Civil Habeas Corpus Writ Petition No.4462\/08<br \/>\n                                            Iqbal Singh Vs. State &amp; Anr.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>find out the true story and truthfulness in the allegation of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>     Since the FR is pending for consideration before the<\/p>\n<p>trial court, therefore, it will be appropriate that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner may submit his protest petition before the court<\/p>\n<p>against the FR. The trial court may pass appropriate order<\/p>\n<p>after considering the entire material, which has been placed<\/p>\n<p>by the prosecution along with the FR.            There may be a<\/p>\n<p>judicial order under the provisions of the Cr.P.C. and the<\/p>\n<p>court has ample power to do all needful for supervising the<\/p>\n<p>investigation, may not have power to investigate itself.<\/p>\n<p>The appropriate orders can be passed by the court,<\/p>\n<p>therefore, it may be just and proper to allow the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>to approach the trial court.\n<\/p>\n<p>     With these observations, this petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>and the trial court is expected to decide the matter<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously without any delay.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>(C.M.
