Issue   a   writ   of  mandamus      commanding      the<\/p>\n<p>           1st respondent to put up permanent anti sea erosion<\/p>\n<p>           walls on the eastern side of their mining area at<\/p>\n<p>           Ponmana.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>       B.  Issue a writ of mandamus commanding respondents 1<\/p>\n<p>           and 2 not to carry on mining operations at Ponmana<\/p>\n<p>           area before putting up anti sea erosion walls to prevent<\/p>\n<p>           erosions.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>      In view of the intervening developments, in case the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners have still any grievance left, they may approach the<\/p>\n<p>first\/third respondent, in which case, appropriate action in<\/p>\n<p>accordance with law in the matter will be taken thereon,<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>      This original petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                          KURIAN JOSEPH, JUDGE.\n<\/p>\n<p>smp<\/p>\n<p>KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>O.P.
