\n_. j;v’..<_)!vertakin'g,,t!ie appellant's vehicle. if any indication would have<\/p>\n

  have taken su\ufb01ciaent came and caution to saw or slow down<\/p>\n
   Motor Cycle. Thus, we am of the consiademd opinion that no<\/p>\n

accident. Thus this issue stands answered in <\/p>\n
and the \ufb01nding of the Tribunal  "T. <\/p>\n
quashed.\n<\/p>\n
