SC Nursing in the 4th respondent<\/p>\n<p>College affiliated to the Calicut University. In this writ petition she<\/p>\n<p>complains that despite having completed the course, provisional<\/p>\n<p>certificate and degree certificate are not issued. University<\/p>\n<p>submits that only after the petitioner produces a certificate from<\/p>\n<p>the college to the effect that she had completed internship, the<\/p>\n<p>certificates can be issued. Though the counsel for the college<\/p>\n<p>confirmed that the petitioner completed the internship, the only<\/p>\n<p>objection raised by the college          is that the petitioner has not<\/p>\n<p>applied for issuance of the certificate.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Having regard to the submissions made, the writ petition<\/p>\n<p>is disposed of with the following directions.<\/p>\n<p>      3. Petitioner will make a formal application to the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent for the issuance of a certificate of completion of<\/p>\n<p>internship, in which event the 4th respondent will immediately<\/p>\n<p>issue the certificate.
