Tanuja<\/p>\n<p>                   Mishra, learned A.C. to G.P.18, appearing on<\/p>\n<p>                   behalf of respondent nos.1, 5 to 7\/State of<\/p>\n<p>                   Bihar and Shri Nikesh Kumar, learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                   appearing on behalf of respondent nos.2, 3<\/p>\n<p>                   and 4\/Bihar State Electricity Board.<\/p>\n<p>                              The    petitioner,        who     retired    as<\/p>\n<p>                   Unskilled        Khalasi     from    the      office    of<\/p>\n<p>                   Electric     Supply       Sub     Division,     Asthawan,<\/p>\n<p>                   District Nalanda on 30.10.2009, has prayed<\/p>\n<p>                   for   directing     the     respondents\/Bihar        State<\/p>\n<p>                   Electricity Board to make payment of amount<\/p>\n<p>                   of    G.P.F.       with         admissible      statutory<\/p>\n<p>                   interest.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Learned counsel for the petitioner<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        submits     that       after     retirement,       all   other<\/p>\n<p>        retiral dues of the petitioner have already<\/p>\n<p>        been paid and he is also getting pension,<\/p>\n<p>        but without any reason, the respondents have<\/p>\n<p>        not paid the amount of G.P.F.\n<\/p>\n<pre>                    In     view         of      the      facts       and\n\n        circumstances,           the     writ     petition       stands\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>        allowed directing the respondent nos.2 to 4<\/p>\n<p>        to   take    all       steps    for     payment     of   G.P.F.<\/p>\n<p>        amount      to      the        petitioner        along    with<\/p>\n<p>        admissible         statutory          interest      within     a<\/p>\n<p>        period      of   eight     weeks       from   the    date     of<\/p>\n<p>        receipt\/production of a copy of this order.<\/p>\n<pre>N.H.\/                          ( Rakesh Kumar,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Krishna Yadav vs The State Of Bihar &amp; Ors on 24 October, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.18904 of 2011 Krishna Yadav, S\/o Late Jamuna Yadav, R\/o Village Gowachak, P.S.
