THE PRINCIPAL, R.S.B.INTER COLLEGE,\n                        SAMASTIPUR.             ............RESPONDENTS.\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   05.09.2011               Learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                 submits     that      the    impugned      order      dated<\/p>\n<p>                 20.04.2005, as contained in Annexure-3, and<\/p>\n<p>                 the consequential letter of the Director,<\/p>\n<p>                 Secondary    Education        dated    18.04.2008,       as<\/p>\n<p>                 contained in Annexure-5, have already been<\/p>\n<p>                 quashed     by     this     Court     by   order      dated<\/p>\n<p>                 19.05.2008 passed in CWJC NO.1271 of 2006.<\/p>\n<pre>                             Learned          counsel          for       the\n\n                 respondents        does     not     dispute    the     said\n\n                 submission       of    learned       counsel    for     the\n\n                 petitioner.\n\n                             In   the      circumstances,       this    writ\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span>\n\n\n\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>          application is also allowed in terms of the<\/p>\n<p>          order   dated   19.05.2008    passed    in   CWJC<\/p>\n<p>          NO.1271 of 2006.
