The petitioner is a respectable person of the<\/p>\n<p>                     society.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                     the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>                     released on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                     thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                     the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.\/concerned Court,<\/p>\n<p>                     Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S.
