No.43999 of 2010\n                                      AJAY CHUGH\n                                        Versus\n                                  THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                     -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3   25.04.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Petitioner is one of the Directors, who realized<\/p>\n<p>                 money for several flats from different persons but did not<\/p>\n<p>                 allot any flat.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Submission is that Managing Director, Pawan<\/p>\n<p>                 Bhadana is the real person managing affairs of the<\/p>\n<p>                 Company, he approached this Hon&#8217;ble Court in quashing,<\/p>\n<p>                 undertook to deposit the taken amount. Petitioner has also<\/p>\n<p>                 filed Criminal Revision against the order of refusal of<\/p>\n<p>                 Section 205 Cr.P.C. petition and his arrest is stay by<\/p>\n<p>                 Revisional Court. Any result may appear either allowing<\/p>\n<p>                 him to contest the case through personal appearance or<\/p>\n<p>                 through lawyer but once his appearance is needed, he will<\/p>\n<p>                 be in need of protection to bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             In case his (petitioner&#8217;s) prayer is not allowed<\/p>\n<p>                 by Criminal Revision No. 610 of 2010 then within period<\/p>\n<p>                 of one month from the date of refusal in the event of arrest<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           or surrender from the date of receipt\/production of a copy<\/p>\n<p>           of this order in connection with Complaint Case No. 2627<\/p>\n<p>           \u00a9   of 2009 above named petitioner shall be released on<\/p>\n<p>           bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>           with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>           satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class,<\/p>\n<p>           Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section<\/p>\n<p>           438(2) of Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Bhardwaj                                        (Mandhata Singh, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Ajay Chugh vs The State Of Bihar on 25 April, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
