Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.9.2010 but there is<\/p>\n<p>                    specific allegation against this petitioner that he gave several spade<\/p>\n<p>                    blows to the deceased as a result of which the deceased died then<\/p>\n<p>                    and there.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Taking into consideration the allegation levelled against<\/p>\n<p>                    the petitioner, I do not feel it proper to release the petitioner on bail.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                    Kuttumba P.S. Case no. 38\/2006 corresponding to Sessions trial no.<\/p>\n<p>                    356\/2010 pending in the court of Addl.
