Petitioner has already addressed Ext.P4<\/p>\n<p>before the first respondent. Petitioner relies on Ext.P5 order.<\/p>\n<p>             2.     I heard learned Standing Counsel and the learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader also.\n<\/p>\n<p>             3. I feel that this is a matter which should engage the attention<\/p>\n<p>of the authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>             Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of as follows:<\/p>\n<p>             There will be a direction to the first respondent to consider and<\/p>\n<p>take a decision on Ext.P4 in accordance with law within a period of two<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>                                                                    (K.M.
