      It is now submitted that Ext.P6 that was forwarded to the Head Office of<\/p>\n
the Bank is seeking clarification for settlement of the dues has been returned by<\/p>\n
the Head Office of the Bank.       In view of this, leaving it open to the petitioner to<\/p>\n
seek appropriate reliefs, this writ petition is closed.<\/p>\n
