Therefore,fresh Rule to the respondent<br \/>\nNo.2 returnable on 16th June, 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tSince<br \/>\nthe matter is of the year 2009 and it is not yet ready, it will be<br \/>\nopen for the applicant to serve the respondent No.2 through concerned<br \/>\nDistrict Superintendent of Police and if direct service of this order<br \/>\nis served to the Office of the concerned District Superintendent of<br \/>\nPolice, it is expected that the District Superintendent of Police<br \/>\nwill see that the same is served through competent Officer.
